I'm done with this back pain stuff

Too much on the bed
Need some fresh air
And a good book

Now.

Edit: Came off the pain killers last night. Woke up in agony this morning. Think this recovery will take some time. Ho hum.

Keep taking the tablets, Smithy.


My eye's got a bit flabby, trying to get it fit. Even took a shot on Sunday
that didn't have a person in it! Trying anything to recover
