Peter Pan

Yesterday was an annual meet at "Adventure Island" in sunny Southend - Peter Pans as it was known. A lot of memories for everyone.

It was just hours before Summertime officialy began for 2012.

  2. Lost boys have to grow up and leave Never Land.

If Summertime has started, when the hell is spring?

  3. I wonder whether the feeling of not growing up has to do with not having any children. Does having children make you feel grown up? It's something I ponder now and again.

  4. Maybe people have kids because they want to live on, Ken.

  5. Of course. It might have something to do with my facination of seeing these boxes of old family photographs sold at the local auctions, discarded and not cared for. Will that be what happens to all my photos? If I had to write a will tomorrow I'd have no clue who I'd leave them to, and this is stuff that goes way back in my family. The only person who has a slightest bit of interest these days is my cousin Jan Rune.
