Morning attack

I used to work in an environment of possible sudden attack. It played on my mind a lot. The "threat" was very real at the time, or at least that's what they said . . .

  2. At the time in the 80s we were told to look under our cars all the time. When we went in to work they regularly checked under our cars with mirrors on rollers (wish I had a shot). It was total paranoia!

This shot is of a mate at Kelvedon Nuclear Bunker.

  3. It's a fantastic photograph. Can't believe I've not seen it until now.

What work were you doing? I guess you're talking about the IRA with the car bombs

  4. Thanks Sean. It was partly messing about but I've been to that bunker a few times now and it just gives me the real creeps.

I used to test military stuff for the MOD, make sure things were safe to handle for the forces.

  6. I shot somebody from a block of flats in the arse with an air rifle. This was in my teens, I was anti social and a good shot which isn't a great mix for the general public.
